Straight cut race gear set

Produced for us by MED, this is our go to choice for a straight cut gear set when it comes to entry level race engines or for the ultimate fast road engine.

Produced here in the UK using the latest CNC technology out of high grade EN36C which is then case hardened. Baulk ring faces are then sprayed with molybdenum coating.

Ratio of gear set is:

• First - 2.543:1    

• Second - 1.73:1    

• Third - 1.25:1    

• Fourth - 1:1

The kit compromises of 6 gears.

• Layer - 15/19/23/25 teeth

• 1st gear - 29 teeth

• 2nd gear - 25 teeth

• 3rd - 23 teeth

• 1st motion/4th - 19 teeth

• Reverse - 17 teeth
